The project is located in Jack London Square, Oakland, CA. It consisted of demolishing the restaurant seating area, bar, and lounge, and rental counter. New improvements included power and AV for new displays throughout the space, new recessed lighting in the restaurant area, pendant-mount lighting suspended from the deck around the bar and rental counters, and updated power connections for the newly renovated bar area.
