Tasked with transforming a vacated site near Richmond’s Hilltop area, our team stripped out the electrical infrastructure left behind by previous tenants and breathed new life into the building’s shell.
The scope included completely removing existing electrical systems, installing modern LED interior lighting to create a bright and functional shell space, and significantly upgrading both building and pathway lighting on site. The result is a safer, more inviting space that is ready for new occupancy.
