What does a Foreman do?
As a Project Foreman, you will be the quarterback of a dynamic electrical construction team. You will supervise all construction activities in the field. You will direct field personnel to complete the project on schedule, safely, within budget, and with quality workmanship within the context of DDE’s values and mission. You’ll help with project management, including quality, safety, schedule, cost control, job site production, and customer relations. You will spend most of your time leading our project team and interacting with our clients’ construction team.

What does a Project Manager do?
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering successful projects from preconstruction through final completion within the context of DDE’s company culture and values. You’ll help with project planning and management, including preconstruction activities, scheduling, estimating, cost control, documentation control, job site production, and customer relations.

What does a Project Lead do?
As A Project Lead, you will be the 2nd in command on the jobsite. You will assist with the supervision workers on the project. You will help ensure personnel safely complete the project tasks on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship within the context of DDE’s values and mission. You’ll help with project management, including quality, safety, schedule, cost control, jobsite production, and customer relations. You will spend most of your time leading our project team and interacting with our clients’ construction team.

What does an Electrician do?
As a journeymen Electrician, you are the foundation of the construction team. You construct and install the wiring, conduit, and lighting systems on the project. You will work safely and productively on the project. You will install work in a craftmanship like manner with a positive can do attitude. You will report directly to your project foreman and work collaboratively to make each project a success!
