As the design-build electrical partner, DDE collaborated directly with agency officials and site managers to engineer and deploy a complete infrastructure overhaul. The core objective was transitioning the entire property off fossil fuels by installing new, high-efficiency electric heat pumps to replace all legacy interior heating systems and water heaters. Navigating the logistics of working inside occupied homes, our team managed precise scheduling to ensure minimal utility downtime and uninterrupted comfort for the residents.
