Located in the illustrious Stanford Shopping Center, this fast-track retail build-out demanded precision, agility, and a seamless turnaround, all completed in under eight weeks. The project involved an extensive interior demolition followed by comprehensive electrical upgrades to support a modern retail experience. Our scope included upgraded branch power throughout the tenant space and a full lighting overhaul designed for both function and visual impact. The new lighting package featured custom rows of track lighting, suspended linear fixtures, decorative pendants, and enhanced egress lighting—all tied together with a smart lighting control system.

All lighting and controls were third-party tested and certified under California Title 24 standards to ensure complete code compliance and performance. Through tight coordination, responsive execution, and attention to detail, we delivered a polished retail space on time and to spec.
