Peet’s Coffee, Emeryville

This Emeryville location served as the pilot for Peet’s Coffee’s mobile order and to-go-only concept, requiring tight coordination from day one. With no onsite storage available, every material delivery had to be installed immediately, leaving no room for delays. Our electricians worked in close collaboration with the general contractor and other trades to streamline workflows and maintain an accelerated schedule. The scope included new mechanical feeds, full lighting and controls integration, GFCI protection upgrades throughout the space, sleek stainless steel finishes, and installation of an advanced energy management system enabling remote monitoring and control.
