Set in San Francisco’s bustling Marina District, this fast-track restaurant project came with an ambitious 8-week timeline and strict noise constraints due to residential units above the space. Strategic scheduling and efficient manpower planning were critical to keeping the project on track. Our team optimized every working hour within the allowed noise windows to maintain productivity without compromising quality. Scope included a fully equipped commercial kitchen with an Ansul fire suppression system, rooftop mechanical units integrated with fire safety shutdowns, back-of-house lighting with T24 controls and daylight harvesting, complete GFCI protection for all branch circuiting, and comprehensive grounding and bonding upgrades per NEC Article 250.
